POLICIES

CONSULTATIONS

Consultations are required before any color service for NEW and EXISTING clients as well as first-time starter loc clients.

 

DEPOSITS/CREDIT CARD

All clients, new and returning, are required to secure all appointments with a credit card or a deposit. Deposits will then be used toward your total appointment fee.

 

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your appointment online at any time free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment time you are welcome to reschedule for a future date based. Clients who cancel appointments in less than 24 hours will lose their deposits or receive a charge worth 25% of the service cost. If you are a no-show, you will not be able to book future services — no exceptions.

 

LATE POLICY​

We will give you a grace period of 15 minutes. If you arrive 15 to 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a $15 late fee, if there is availability to perform your service. If we are unable to perform your service, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will lose your deposit or be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of your service.​

 

REFUNDS

There are no refunds on payments for services received in salon, fees assessed for violation of our scheduling policy, or for any deposits made. If you are unsatisfied with a service and notify us within 5 days, we will make every effort to find a solution to achieve your specific needs.

GUESTS

We ask that you do not bring any guests to your appointment. This includes significant others children, family members and friends. Only parents with minor children receiving services will be permitted to remain in the salon.

 

CHILDREN

If your child is getting any service done, please bring anything that will keep them calm and allow them to stay still during their appointment (favorite toy, teddy bears, tablet etc). Any form of discipline is not allowed in the salon.

 

Scheduling a service is your acceptance of the policies listed above.
